Hereby you find the conditions which are valid in case of cancellation of standard rates. The special conditions will be applied in priority to the general conditions. All prices are including breakfast.All conditions and prices will be applied in all circumstances, even in times of major forces.

General conditions (standard bookings):Cancellation free of charge  is possible until 12:00 noon the day before arrival; afterwards, the first night will be charged. (Except special conditions, non refundable bookings & "Black out" data-see below)

For groups (from 5 or more rooms), arrangements and other events, special conditions are applied and to be checked beforehand with the hotel. 

Non Refundable rates:The credit card details are obligatory and will be charged directly by the booking for the full reservation. This type of reservation needs to be paid directly at the reservation and does not allow cancellations, nor modifications in any case, not even in major forces.

Black-out dates:The hotel keeps all rights to deny the general and special conditions as well as corporate rates during "Black-out" dates. Please contact the hotel to know these dates before booking.

Standard rate: Your credit card details are only requested as a warranty for your booking. Payment can still be done on site.
Non Refundable: The credit card details must be filled in during the booking process. Non-refundable reservations without credit card details will not be accepted. The total amount will immediately be deducted from the Credit card and is not refundable in any case of cancellation.
